  • Indoor maps with custom 3D navigation.

  • Updates on campus events, tailored to your institution.

  • Search directory featuring "spots", places for individuals to eat and socialize.

 

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We collect information to provide and improve our services, ensure personalization, and support safe and effective use of TourMe Campus.

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and educational affiliation.

  • User Profile Data: Information you choose to include, such as, notification preferences, language preferences, customized profile features (Profile Picture) and settings.

  • Location Data: Real-time location to provide navigation and estimated times of arrival (when applicable). Location sharing can be controlled via your device settings.

  • Device & Log Data: Device type, operating system, IP address, interactions, and activity logs.

  • Analytics: Insights gathered from third-party providers (e.g., Google, FlutterFlow).

  • FlutterFlow ensures secure app development by integrating encryption protocols, secure API connections, and automated compliance with best practices during the app-building process.

  • Google Firebase provides enterprise-grade infrastructure, including data encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, access management, and continuous monitoring through Google’s global security network.

Together, these systems safeguard your personal data, account credentials, and location information with some of the most reliable technologies available.

That said, no platform is completely invincible. While we employ advanced safeguards to protect your data, we encourage you to use TourMe Campus with awareness that no system can guarantee absolute security.

  • Withdrawal of Consent: You may delete your account to stop data collection and processing.
